Ultrasound is nowadays an essential tool to help get to a diagnosis. It’s non-invasive, has no side effects and rarely requires sedation of the animal. In the clinic we can do abdominal ultrasound, to check urinary bladder, liver, spleen, kidneys, uterus, etc. It is also very helpful to perform guided biopsies.
And for hearth ultrasound and more specific situations we have a partnership with a specialist in diagnostic imaging that comes to the clinic by appointment.
In House Laboratory:
We offer a full in-house laboratory for your pet’s health testing needs. Serum chemistry, haematology, serology (IDEXX snap test for rapid viral detection), urine analysis, parasite testing may be run in our clinic at the time of your appointment. We also work with several veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnosis like hormone tests, allergy tests, PCR, antibody titters, biopsy, etc.

If your dog or cat suffers form periodontal disease or tartar it usually needs a professional dental cleaning as we all know from our dentist.
As we have a specialist for dentistry in the clinic we also offer other procedures as root canal treatments, complicated extractions, orthodontics etc.
Once we have recovered oral health it is extremely important to start brushing the teeth in order to prevent further dental cleanings as they need to be done under anesthesia.
Brushing takes only a minute a day every to days. You should use a soft baby brush or a specially designed brush for dogs or cats.
Remember not do use human tooth paste as it is toxic for them! There are special tooth pastes for animals or if your pet tolerates it better you can only use water for brushing.

When necessary a specific diet may be prescribed to your pet. We also offer a variety of high quality food for dogs and cats.
