HOUSE CALLS

You can make an appointment for a home visit of one of our vets, for consultation, vaccination or revision of your pet. Usually we recommend bringing the animal to the clinic because here we have the means to attend better. Anyway in some cases, like old animals or animals that get too stressed in the clinic, it’s better to do a home visit. And then if we decide it’s better to take the animal to the clinic, we can do the transportation with our van.

EMERGENCY CARE

We have one of our three vets, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, available on our emergency number 607149835, to attend your pet in an emergency case.
ULTRASOUND

Ultrasound is nowadays an essential tool to help get to a diagnosis. It’s non-invasive, has no side effects and rarely requires sedation of the animal. In the clinic we can do abdominal ultrasound, to check urinary bladder, liver, spleen, kidneys, uterus, etc. It is also very helpful to perform guided biopsies. And for hearth ultrasound and more specific situations we have a partnership with a specialist in ultrasound that comes to the clinic by appointment.

IN HOUSE LABORATORY :

We offer a full in-house laboratory for your pet’s health testing needs. Serum chemistry, haematology, serology (IDEXX snap test for rapid viral detection), urine analysis, parasite testing may be run in our clinic at the time of your appointment. We also have partnerships with several veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnosis like hormone tests, allergy tests, PCR, antibody titters, histopathology, etc.

RADIOGRAPHS

Should your pet need to have X-rays taken, we can do it at the clinic at the time of your visit, allowing immediate radiology results and evaluation for a diagnosis or referral if needed.

GENERAL SURGERY

If surgery is necessary or elected, our top priorities are your pet’s safety, health and comfort. Throughout the sugical procedure your pet’s vital functions are continuously monitored (hearth and respiratory rate, oxigen pressure, temperature). Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides means for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures. We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide extra margin of safety, specially for our older or high-risk patients.

DENTAL CLEANING / EXTRACTIONS

NUTRITION COUNSELING :

When necessary a specific diet may be prescribed to your pet. We carry the entire line of dietary products of Hills and Affinity

CHECK UP´S
At least once a year,your pet should have a complete physical examination.Remember your pet`s lifespan is shorter than a person´s .Much can happen in 12 months( Pets age much faster than we do)
